For the Midterm project we had to create a reflection and make it look like the street has a bunch or mirrors on it. We had to use the polygon lasso tool to select the top part of the buildings and the sky and make a copy of it. We had to flip it vertically and then set it so that it was on the street and it reflected the buildings and the sky. We then had to select the part from the left side to the separate bunting and skew it so it wasn't diagonally reflected. Then we had to erase the parts of the reflection that was on the sidewalk so that it would fit. Then we had to make a new layer called lines and use the polygon lasso tool to make two tingle and then use the rectangular marquee tool to make two rectangles that went over the edge of the sidewalk. Next we had to erase the lines that went over the sidewalk. Then we used the magic wand tool on the lines layer and select one of the "mirrors" to take out. While this was still selected we had to click on the layer that had the reflection in it and then I could move that part of the selection so that I left the street but kept the reflection part. I moved it to the side walk and then added a drop shadow to both the selection of the reflection and the sidewalk. Finally I deselected it and on the left is the final product.
